GROUP SETEC, considering the improvement of the quality of its products and services as a central commitment to increasing customer satisfaction, using, since 2002, a Quality Management System complies with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, integrated with Environmental Management System UNI EN ISO 14001:2004, trying to rationalize and harmonize their organization and their methods in order to make them compatible with the standards for quality.
At the same time, through the Environmental Management System, expresses its responsibility towards the environment and extends in a binding manner to all employees of the Company so that it always provided a product at the highest levels of quality while respecting the heritage protection Environmental and safety of employees and customers.

In particular, the Department has given the full mandate and autonomy in the design, implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) to Ms Stefania Blanchi, who held the post of Head of the Quality Management System (RGQ) . With regard to the Environmental System, the Management office and gives full autonomy in the design, implementation and monitoring of the system to Dr. Elisabetta Martini, who held the post of Head of Environmental Management System (RSGA), under the coordination and direction of the Head Integrated Management System (RSGI) and Management Representative.
